General Questions
Does your company have the license?
Yes, our company: “Taxi St. Anton” have all the necessary licenses for transport of pasengers.
What vehicle will transport us?
You will be picked up with a Volkswagen Caravelle 4×4 van. Because all customers have bulky luggage and ski equipment, it is easier to carry luggage and skis, snowboards, in a van trunk.
Are there child seats?
Yes. In the order form you will select the number of child seats you need. You also have to tell us the age of the children so that we know exactly what type of chair we are bringing.
Can I bring pet with me?
Of course, you can also bring small animals and dogs, but they will need to have a special animal cage.
How long is my journey?
If you book the transfer online, our booking form will show you the distance in km and the estimated duration of the trip. If you book by email or phone, we will personally inform you of the duration of the trip.
How long before takeoff we have to leave St. Anton?
It is preferable to arrive at the airport better a little earlier than too late.
We calculate the required time as follows:
1. Required time for the transfer to airport

2. Check-In time (2 hours)
+
3. Safety time (1 hour) in case of traffic jam, highway accident or bad weather conditions.
So for Zurich airport we will leave from St. Anton 5 hours before takeoff. For Innsbruck 3 hours before take-off.
Questions on Booking
How easy is it to book a Taxi?
Very easy! Our taxi reservation, price request and contact Forms, make your transfer reservation very simple and easy. You can make a reservation in 1 minute. After we receive your reservation, we will communicate whether or not we can make this transfer as well as the price of the trip.
Ways to book a Taxi
You can book a taxi with the booking form. You can also access the contact form for transfer questions. Or call +43 664 930 6626. All you have to do is enter all the necessary dates to book the taxi: departure date and time, departure and destination address, telephone number and your name. For departures from the airport we will also need the arrival dates of the plane.
What should I do if I can’t find the location I want on your booking form?
We have not entered all the thousands of existing locations. Of course, we will also take you to destinations that are not listed in our booking form. Fill in the price request form and we will reply you as soon as possible and we will send you an offer for your transfer.
I missed the train, I can book last minute?
Yes, no problem, just call us or fill out the booking form. If we have vehicles available, we are happy to offer you last minute transfers.
Haven’t received a confirmation email after booking yet?
Sometimes happens that incoming emails enter in the spam folder. Please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find our confirmation email, please call us.
If I did not receive a confirmation email, is the reserved transfer valid?
No, the transfer is not valid. If you have not received any positive or negative response from us, it means that something has happened. We respond to all requests received. It may happen that in a busier week we will not have cars available and we will not be able to make a transfer, but we will always inform you. Please write us an email and ask us.
Can I book transfers from airports other than those on the booking form?
Yes of course! We also make transfers from other airports to any other locality not only to St. Anton. If you do not find it in our booking system, use our price request form and we will send you an offer for your trip.
Questions on Payment
Are your prices per car or per person?
Prices are per vehicle, per one way transfer. When booking, be sure to select the number of passengers.
When will I have to pay for my transfers?
I can pay in another currency?
You will have to pay the transfer only in Euro. If you do not have a Euro with you, you can withdraw money from an ATM in Austria or pay by card directly to the driver. In Switzerland you can withdraw only Swiss Francs from the ATM.
Are there any other fees to pay?
All taxes are included in the transfer price. The price includes the first hour of waiting. Each additional hour of waiting at the airport are charged according to the price list.
Questions on Cancellation
How to cancel a taxi order?
If unfortunately you are unable to travel, or you miss a flight, please email us or call us to cancel your transfer. Canceling a taxi order is 24 hour before execution completely free. It can be done by email, by phone or via contact form.
I have to pay for the transfer cancellation?
Not, you do not have to pay for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the transfer.
At the airport
How will the driver at the airport recognize me?
Our taxi driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall of the airport terminal, holding a sign with your name on it.
What should I do if I don’t meet the driver?
If you do not meet the driver, please call us immediately, our assistent will help you quickly. We will call the driver immediately and tell you what to do. You will also receive from us the phone number of the driver and if you want you can call him and set the meeting place.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Sometimes due to the weather conditions it happens that the flight is delayed. Your driver will watch the arrival of the flights on the display. He will wait for you until you reach the terminal.
What happens if the flight arrives earlier?
If the flight arrives earlier and the driver is not at the terminal, you can call the driver and tell him. He will probably wait in the parking lot and will need 2-3 minutes to get to the terminal.
